This Yuzu Soy Sauce is made using wooden-barrel brewed soy sauce prepared with locally produced soybeans and wheat from Saitama Prefecture.
It is combined with yuzu citrus grown in Moroyama and Ogose, without the use of vinegar.
According to the manufacturer, the aroma and acidity of the yuzu are carefully preserved.
When used with chilled tofu (hiyayakko), it enhances the dish with a more refined taste.
