Shipping

Our deliveries are handled by Sendle, which uses various national courier services. We can deliver all over Australia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be calculated at checkout. For more information on our shipping policy please click here.

Delivery time depends on location. Orders are processed within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Interstate deliveries can potentially take 5-7 days.

However with the COVID19 Pandemic situation there may be delays in delivery times. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery details and an ETA will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.

We use SENDLE to handle our deliveries, which selects the best courier service depending on your location.

Unfortunately we do not offer a click and collect service at this time.

Products

We plan to add frozen and chilled goods to our online inventory in the near future. Delivery will be limited to metro areas. Please check again for updates.

Please understand that our products are imported from Japan which takes time. We are careful to select products with reasonable Best Before dates for delivery.

Please note some discounted or sale items may have a shorter Best Before period.

It depends on request and the product. If you have special delivery or packaging requests please email us before placing an order.

Payment

You can purchase on our website using either VISA or Master Card debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Unfortunately, we do not accept BNPL services at this stage.

Returns

We do accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item must have been purchased on our online store.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The return arrangement is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request.


*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To ask for a return, please contact our support using the contact form.

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

Situations that require a return will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If you wish to make a return please notify us about the problem and we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
