Description
This Shiratamako (glutinous rice flour) is made from 100% domestically produced glutinous rice. Simply mix with water, shape, and boil to make smooth and chewy shiratama dumplings.
It is suitable for a variety of desserts. In summer, it can be served with fruit, shaved ice, or anmitsu. In winter, it can be used for shiratama zenzai. It is also suitable as a small snack for children.
One 200g bag makes approximately 30–40 shiratama dumplings.
