Contains five vegetables:
- Lotus root
- Carrot
- Dried gourd strips (kanpyo)
- Bamboo shoots
- Shiitake mushroom
The seasoned vinegar is made with rice vinegar and mellow black vinegar.
For enhanced flavor, top with shredded egg (kinshi tamago), sashimi such as tuna, snow peas, or your favorite ingredients.
