What is suratanmen?
Suratanmen (酸辣湯麺, also read sanratanmen — Chinese "suan la tang mian") is a hot-and-sour Chinese soup noodle: a savoury broth given a sour edge from vinegar and heat from chilli and pepper. It is distinct from the sesame-based tantanmen.
