Myojo Charumera Chanpon (チャルメラ ちゃんぽん) 5-Pack 475g — the Nagasaki regional flavour in Myojo's long-running Charumera bag-ramen line.
What's chanpon
Chanpon (ちゃんぽん) is Nagasaki's signature noodle dish — a rich, cloudy pork-and-chicken broth layered with seafood umami (clam, squid, shellfish), typically served with stir-fried vegetables and seafood toppings. Brought to Japan via Nagasaki's history as a port city, chanpon sits between ramen and Chinese egg noodle soups.
