Maruchan Attaka Gohan (あったかごはん) is a single-serve tray of cooked Japanese white rice that heats in about two minutes in the microwave. The rice is a "best blend" of three Japanese varieties — Koshihikari for sweetness and aroma, Hitomebore for a soft, glossy grain, and Masshigura for a firm, separate bite — and Maruchan states that its process keeps the rice's own flavour and fragrance intact. The only thing in the tray is rice.
