Kuriyama Beika Co., Ltd. (株式会社栗山米菓), which trades as Befco, is a rice-cracker maker established in 1949, with its head office in Niigata City. It makes senbei and arare at its factories in Niigata Prefecture.

Glutinous rice (Thailand, Japan), rice flour (glutinous rice, Thailand), vegetable oil, starch, salt (hana-mojio 50%, Shimamāsu 50%), bonito (katsuobushi) extract powder, kombu (kelp) extract powder / modified starch, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), vegetable lecithin (from soybeans).
