An ochazuke seasoning combining nori (seaweed) and arare rice crackers with tarako (salted cod roe) that offers a pleasant popping texture.
Seasoned with dashi salt that pairs well with tarako and enhances the natural flavour of rice. Tarako uses large-grain dashi salt.
Simply add to rice and pour hot water to enjoy.
