About Kameda Seika
Kameda Seika Co., Ltd. (亀田製菓株式会社) is a confectionery maker founded in 1946 and incorporated in 1957, with its head office in Niigata City. Its rice crackers include Kameda no Kaki no Tane and Happy Turn.
Ingredients
Non-glutinous rice (USA, Japan), soy sauce, ume-shiso flavour seasoning, mirin, sugar, dried ume plum flesh, dextrin, ume vinegar, seafood extract seasoning, bonito powder / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), modified starch, acidulant, flavouring, colours (gardenia, paprika, caramel), emulsifier, sweetener (stevia) (contains wheat, soy and gelatine).
