Faulty seal bag

The bag of rice arrived with a hole somewhere in the bag. I expected a vacuum packed bag that was impervious to insect infestation. I don't know yet if there are any insects in the bag as I haven't opened it. I put it in the freezer as soon as it was unpacked.
