About Itsuki Foods
Itsuki Foods Co., Ltd. (五木食品) is a Kumamoto noodle maker founded in 1878. It makes dried, instant, semi-dry and long-life (LL) noodles and exports widely, including to Australia. The "Itsuki" brand name has been used since 1957. This set gathers six of Itsuki's export ("kaigai-yo") regional ramen — a series themed on famous ramen styles from across Japan.
