This liquid yuzu kosho is part of the Oita specialty series. Yuzu kosho has been made into a liquid form for ease of use. It features the refreshing aroma of green yuzu and the heat of green chili pepper.
It can be used to add flavor to udon and soups, and also as a seasoning for stir-fried dishes.
