Dashi-added awase miso made with region-limited ingredients. This product uses first-extracted “ichiban dashi” from Yaizu-produced katsuobushi, extracted at the company’s own factory, known for its high aroma. It also contains company-exclusive Yaizu katsuobushi and Rishiri kelp.
This miso has a soft texture and dissolves easily. It is a dashi-added miso from Shinsyu-ichi, which marked 100 years of miso production in 2016, reflecting its traditional techniques.
It is an awase miso combining rich and full-bodied red miso with refreshing and light-colored miso.
