What is hakurikiko (soft flour)
Hakurikiko (薄力粉) is the Japanese term for soft, low-protein wheat flour — the counterpart to strong flour (強力粉 / kyorikiko), which is high in protein and used for bread. Japanese kitchens keep the two as separate staples rather than using a single all-purpose flour.
How to use & enjoy
