Carefully simmered to a soft texture while preserving the natural bran (nuka) and germ of the rice, this porridge delivers the wholesome flavour and nutritional benefits of brown rice in an easy-to-digest form.
Slightly thicker than five-part porridge (gobu-gayu style) and ready to enjoy warm or at room temperature.
