Description: Tsuyahime grains are smaller than other rices. Tsuyahime’s most characteristic feature is its delicious taste. The Japan Grain Inspection Association, which conducts evaluations of the taste of rice, found Tsuyahime to be “glossy,” “even-grained,” and taste-wise, “delectable,” in its flavor examination.
The grains of rice were slightly bigger. The rice had a lovely sticky consistency and tasted very good even when it was cold. Would definitely buy again. Currently trying other Japanese rice, but probably would come back to Tsuyahime.
