This yuzu kosho is made by blending Kochi-grown yuzu peel with domestically produced green chili peppers and salt. It has a sharp, spicy heat and bright citrus aroma.
After thawing, the pouch can be resealed for storage. It is suitable for seasoning meat and fish dishes, and for adding accent to salads and tempura. It pairs well not only with hot pot dishes, but also with meat.
