Received different products from online images

The product images I ordered online were with Japanese-writing packages (for Japan market), but the products I received were with English-writing packages (which were manufactured for export market from Japan). I understand they were both manufactured in Japan, in a same company. But I wanted Japan market one.
However I'm happy with the staff's assistance/response.
