Happy Turn (ハッピーターン) is one of Kameda Seika's best-known rice crackers, on sale in Japan since 1976. Soft senbei are dusted all over in the sweet-and-salty seasoning Kameda calls Happy Powder — the maker's own description is 「ツイてるしあわせ！」, lucky happiness, from a magic powder that makes them hard to stop eating. Every cracker is individually wrapped inside the bag, so the pack opens as a handful of ready-to-eat mini-packs. 67 g.
About Kameda Seika
Kameda Seika (亀田製菓) is a Niigata rice-cracker maker, founded in 1946 and incorporated in 1957. It describes itself as a "Rice Innovation Company", holds roughly a third of Japan's rice-cracker market, and counts seven brands that have been on sale for more than fifty years — among them Kaki no Tane and Happy Turn.
What is senbei
Senbei (煎餅) are Japanese rice crackers, made from rice that is milled, shaped and baked or grilled rather than fried. Kameda classes this one as a soft senbei — lighter and less dense than the hard, glassy varieties, which is what lets the seasoning powder coat every surface.

Non-glutinous rice (grown in the USA and Japan), edible fats and oils, sugar, starch, hydrolysed protein, salt, maltose / processed starch, seasoning (amino acids), vegetable lecithin. (Contains soy.)
