A premium processed brown sugar made primarily from Okinawan kokuto and domestic Tokunoshima raw sugar.
Crafted using Ueno Sugar’s traditional boiling method refined over more than 100 years (est. Taisho 2 / 1913), this shaped type (seikei) brown sugar is formed into convenient bite-sized pieces of approximately 4g each.
Designed for easy use and a pleasant crisp texture.
