About S&B Foods

What is neri wasabi
Neri wasabi (練りわさび) is "prepared" (ready-mixed) wasabi paste, as distinct from freshly grated rhizome. Mass-market tube versions are typically built on Western horseradish — which shares wasabi's pungent chemistry — with a portion of real wasabi added; S&B's premium Hon Wasabi tube instead leads with wasabi itself.
How to use & enjoy
Neri wasabi is the classic condiment for raw fish — dabbed onto sushi and sashimi, or stirred into soy sauce as a dip. It's also served with cold soba and udon, either alongside the noodles or stirred into the dipping sauce. Beyond Japanese dishes it pairs well with grilled or roasted meats such as steak and roast beef, much like Western horseradish.
