Made with 100% high-quality Japanese glutinous rice, this traditional Kogane Mochi is carefully produced using the classic methods of steaming in a wooden steamer (seiro-mushi) and pounding with a wooden mallet (kine-tsuki).
Each piece is individually wrapped, allowing you to enjoy fresh mochi one portion at a time.
