About Ishibashiya
Ishibashiya (有限会社石橋屋) is a konnyaku maker in Omuta, Fukuoka, founded in 1877 and incorporated in 1992. It makes konnyaku, including hand-stretched konnyaku and konnyaku noodles, for Japanese retailers and for export to the US, Southeast Asia and Europe.
How to use & enjoy
The noodles are pre-treated, so a rinse in water is all they need before use. Ishibashiya suggests them for ramen, pasta and reimen (冷麺, cold noodles).
