Description: A high-end rice rice grown in the Hokkaido region. When cooked it has a glossy finish with a soft and springy texture. Subtle sweet notes, also taste good when its cold, so its perfect for obento and onigiri rice balls as well. Yumepirika is used in high-class restaurants as well as business and first class meals on ANA.
