About Bourbon
Bourbon Corp. (株式会社ブルボン) was founded 1924 by Kichizo Yoshida in Kashiwazaki, Niigata Prefecture, after the 1923 Great Kantō earthquake disrupted confectionery supply to regional Japan. The company adopted the Bourbon name in 1989 and now distributes in more than 50 countries. The Bourbon range includes Truffle chocolate, Ajigonomi mixed rice crackers, and Omochi no Hitotoki Chocolat.
