Joshinko (non-glutinous rice flour) made from 100% domestically grown Japanese rice.
Suitable for making traditional Japanese sweets such as skewered dango, tsukimi dango, and kashiwa mochi at home. It can also be used for tempura batter and Western-style sweets such as cookies. Comes in a convenient small pack size for home use.
