Organic Yuzu Houjicha is a blend of organic hojicha and organic dried yuzu peel.
Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit with a distinct aroma combining notes of grapefruit and lemon. To complement the toasty flavor of hojicha, ripe yuzu is used, offering more sweetness with less sourness.
This blend balances the roasted flavor of hojicha with the sweetness of fully ripened yuzu and a pleasant citrus aroma.
