Senchasou Organic Genmaicha is made using organically grown green tea and brown rice, cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Generously blended with roasted brown rice, this tea offers a refreshing taste with a clean, smooth finish, making it ideal for those who prefer a lighter, less heavy flavor. With its naturally low caffeine content, it can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
The flavor combines the gentle umami of sencha with the fragrant, toasty aroma of roasted brown rice for a balanced and easy-drinking cup.
To brew, add approximately 5g of tea leaves to a teapot, pour in 300ml of boiling water, and allow it to steep for about 30 seconds before serving.
