Tsuruhashi Fugetsu is a long-established and beloved okonomiyaki specialty restaurant from the Kansai region, the heart of okonomiyaki culture. This product was developed under the supervision of Tsuruhashi Fugetsu, with repeated consultations and testing to faithfully reproduce the restaurant’s signature flavor.
When prepared with plenty of cabbage, the finished okonomiyaki highlights the natural sweetness of the ingredients, with a crispy outside and soft, fluffy inside.
