Description: Fu is solidified wheat protein. It has a higher rate of water absorption and greater moisture retention. In fact, fu’s water-retention ability is 1.5 times higher than that of bread crumbs.
It has a smooth and round shape and has a cute look. The small size makes it easy for small children to eat, and the number can be adjusted for easy use. In addition to the classic way to put in soup and miso soup, we recommend using it to fill your stomach instead of rice cake.
