A marinade sauce made from toasted sesame seeds, salt, sugar, and soy sauce. It is a great ingredient for not only Shabu Shabu, but also for other dishes such as grilled chicken or eggplant. In addition to being an excellent marinade, it can be used as a dipping sauce or topping for many other dishes.
