This green yuzu kosho is part of the Oita specialty series. It is a Japanese-style spice made from green yuzu peel and green chili pepper. It features a refreshing aroma and sharp heat that enhances the flavor of dishes.
The tube format dissolves easily in soups and broths and is designed for convenient, clean use. Compared to the company’s 50g jar type (salt content 27%), this product has a lower salt content (20%).
