This Okonomiyaki Flour is made to produce okonomiyaki with a soft, fluffy texture and a rich umami flavour from bonito and kelp. According to the manufacturer, this single mix can also be used to prepare a variety of dishes, including Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, monjayaki, negiyaki, and takoyaki.
