This is a chili oil with solids (“taberu rayu”) made with Momoya’s own extracted chili oil, known for its bright color and moderate heat. It contains generous amounts of fried garlic and fried onion, delivering a crisp texture and rich aroma.
The fried garlic and fried onion are carefully hand-fried rather than machine-processed, contributing to the distinctive crunch and fragrance.
Even simple ingredients such as rice or tofu can be enhanced with its flavor.
