These fried garlic chips are made using Momoya’s proprietary method to achieve a crisp texture while preserving the natural texture and aroma of garlic. The garlic is carefully sliced into chips.
Black pepper is blended with chicken and vegetable umami as a hidden flavor, creating a well-balanced and distinctive taste.
The chip form allows them to be enjoyed on their own as a snack. They can also be sprinkled over salads, steak, or ramen to add roasted garlic aroma and crunchy texture.
