Description
This soy sauce is made by smoking wooden-barrel brewed soy sauce using cherry wood and beech wood chips, without the use of liquid smoke.
It is brewed using locally produced soybeans and wheat from Saitama Prefecture.
The manufacturer states that it has a strong smoked aroma.
When used with salmon sashimi, it gives the dish a flavour similar to smoked salmon.
