Description
This kimchi base sauce is made with generous amounts of garlic, mandarin orange, apple, and ginger for a rich finish. It is prepared without heat treatment, using raw garlic and proprietary processing techniques to preserve the natural umami, aroma, and deep spiciness of the ingredients.
It combines coarsely ground chili pepper with strong aroma and sweetness, and ichimi chili pepper for sharp heat, creating a layered spiciness. The sauce is made with plenty of vegetables and fruits, along with seafood extracts for added depth.
It can be used to make kimchi pickles, kimchi hot pot, and other side dishes.
