A karaage coating mix with the rich aroma of spices and aromatic vegetables, creating a deep, well-balanced flavour. Simply coat the meat and fry — this is an easy “dust-and-fry” style mix. Produces juicy results even after cooling. Can be cooked using as little as 1 cm depth of oil.
