Chuzarato (中ザラ糖), often called “zarame,” features high-purity, coarse golden crystals. It dissolves slowly and adds gloss, colour, and richness to simmered dishes and sauces, making it a favourite for traditional Japanese cooking.
Recognisable by the classic red “Spoon Mark” branding.
