Dassai ice cream is a premium Japanese dessert infused with Dassai, one of the world’s most famous brands of Sake.
It combines a rich, creamy milk base with the sake’s signature floral and fruity notes, specifically hints of melon and pear. Most versions use both the liquid sake and the "sake kasu" (fine rice lees) to give it a deep, authentic aroma without a heavy alcohol punch.
