How to use & enjoy
S&B's method: stir-fry meat and vegetables of your choice, add water and the roux and stir until it dissolves, then add milk and simmer. S&B suggests serving it with bread, noodles or rice, as a sauce for meat dishes, in a gratin or pot pie, or as a dip for steamed vegetables.
