Kobe Ichibankan Onion Dressing (神戸壱番館 玉ねぎドレッシング) is a Japanese-style onion dressing built on 100% Awaji Island onions — Kenko names Awaji as the origin of its onion. Shiitake and red capsicum go in alongside the onion, and soy sauce and lemon juice finish it light and mellow rather than sharp. 300 ml.
