What is konnyaku jelly
Konnyaku jelly (蒟蒻ゼリー) is a fruit jelly set with konjac (konnyaku) powder rather than gelatin — giving a firmer, springier, chewier bite than a normal jelly. These petit pouches use an anti-aspiration push-out shape: you squeeze the jelly out rather than sucking it from the pouch.
