Looking forward to using this for dashi then kelp salad. I understand Konbu from Hokkeido is very good - advice from Yumiko's excellent recipetineatsjapan website. I am new to cooking Japanese foods am really happy with what I have done so far & Jun Direct is great shopping place for best groceries.
