Kin Goma (金ごま) is Kenko's creamy golden-sesame dressing, and golden sesame makes up 80% of the sesame in it — the rest is white sesame. Kenko describes golden sesame as carrying a better aroma and richer taste than other sesame, and egg yolk in the base is what makes the dressing creamy, mild and thick. It is savoury rather than sharp, with the acidity kept low. 500 ml.

What is goma dressing
Goma (sesame) dressing is one of the standard dressings on a Japanese table — sesame ground into an oil-and-vinegar base to give a thick, opaque, nutty pour, closer to a creamy dressing than a vinaigrette. Golden sesame (kin goma) is the more aromatic of the sesame varieties used.
