About Akai Boushi
Akai Boushi (赤い帽子, "Red Hat") is a Japanese gift-confectionery brand whose company was established in 1985 at Yugawara in Kanagawa. Its individually wrapped cookies and wafer sandwiches are baked by Tivoli Confectionery at plants in Kanagawa and Yamanashi.

Kukkia (クッキア) is Akai Boushi's range of sandwich sweets — whipped chocolate cream between a thin crisp cookie and a light, crisp gaufrette wafer. Quatre is French for "four", and names the four flavours in this box.
