AMANOYA Corp. (株式会社天乃屋) was established 1953 in Setagaya, Tokyo by Toshio Saito (the wholesale business began 1951). The flagship product is Kabuki-age (歌舞伎揚) — large fried senbei in a sweet soy-sauce glaze. The Himemaru (姫丸) line is an export-oriented bite-sized senbei range distributed internationally.
