Put the sugar, starch syrup and water in a heatproof bowl and microwave (500 W, 90 seconds). Taking care not to burn yourself, remove, stir in the sesame oil, and microwave again (500 W, 60 seconds). Again taking care, remove and mix in the crushed crackers. Turn out onto one sheet of baking paper and press flat with the second sheet on top.
